A critical error with the Alert Counter PowerTool will affect Encompass instances following the release of Encompass 24.2
Alert Counter has a dependency on a specic core object in the Encompass API, that is changing in the release of Encompass 24.2
As a result, we are permanently removing the Alert Counter from our PowerTools.
On August 15, 2024 the Tool will be removed from all of your Encompass environments (both 24.1 and 24.2).
